About Salesforce

Salesforce is the #1 AI CRM, where humans with agents drive customer success together. Here, ambition meets action. Tech meets trust. And innovation isn't a buzzword - it's a way of life. The world of work as we know it is changing and we're looking for Trailblazers who are passionate about bettering business and the world through AI, driving innovation, and keeping Salesforce's core values at the heart of it all.

Ready to level-up your career at the company leading workforce transformation in the agentic era? You're in the right place! Agentforce is the future of AI, and you are the future of Salesforce.

The Agentic Workforce Strategy & Innovation team sits at the intersection of two of the most consequential shifts in enterprise business: the rise of AI agents and the reimagination of how work gets done. We are looking for a Senior Manager of Operations & Integration who functions as the connective tissue of our capacity strategy. You will orchestrate the transition from annual planning events to a "continuous capacity intelligence" system, ensuring our innovation playbooks are actually reflected in the enterprise's financial and headcount reality. This is a role for a systems thinker who earns trust through operational excellence and high-level influence.

What You'll Deliver

The 4R Lifecycle Integration

  • Own the operational data strategy of the "4R Framework" (Redesign, Reskill, Redeploy, Rebalance), ensuring no value leakage occurs between a successful pilot and full-scale deployment.

  • Build and maintain the "Connective Tissue" between the Innovation Strategy and the actual headcount spreadsheets, ensuring our "Future State" goals are measurable and tracked.

Telemetry & Visibility

  • Launch and own, with our workforce intelligence team, a "Real-Time Capacity Telemetry" dashboard that provides the VP+ layer with live visibility into blended (Human + Agent) workforce utilization.

  • Reduce the quarterly planning refresh cycle time by 50% through the implementation of automated intake and validation workflows.

Stakeholder Alignment & Governance

  • Own the operating cadence for capacity reviews-ensuring the right stakeholders are in the room with the right data to make high-stakes redeployment decisions.

Your Toolkit: Skills That Will Drive Impact

Systems Thinking & Governance

  • You build systems that create clarity. You can take a complex, multi-workstream redesign and turn it into a predictable, repeatable process.

  • You understand the "hiring to launch" lifecycle and how digital labor fundamentally disrupts traditional timelines and accountability structures.

Executive Influence & EQ

  • You navigate senior stakeholders with confidence, earning trust quickly by being consistent, direct, and genuinely invested in their success.

  • You have the EQ to navigate a fast-changing organization, especially during the "Redeploy" and "Rebalance" phases of the 4R framework.

Bias for Action

  • You move fast in ambiguous environments without waiting for perfect information. You make good judgment calls on when to flex a process versus when to push for adherence.

  • You're not precious about the work-you do what needs doing, from high-level strategic framing to the logistical details of a transition plan.

How We Expect You to Use AI

  • Model the behavior you're building toward. You are expected to be a daily, active user of AI tools-leveraging agents and assistants to manage your own workload and streamline your operational syncs.

  • Workflow Orchestration. You will design and manage AI-powered "AI for productivity" that handle routine cross-functional follow-ups, data validation, and project tracking.

  • Interactive Decision Logs. Utilize AI to maintain real-time, searchable logs of all capacity decisions and trade-offs, ensuring institutional memory is never lost and every 4R decision is documented.

  • AI-Native Communication. Use generative tools to tailor complex capacity narratives for different audiences instantly-taking a technical redesign plan and making it land with a C-suite audience in 3 slides.

Unleash Your Potential

When you join Salesforce, you'll be limitless in all areas of your life. Our benefits and resources support you to find balance and be your best, and our AI agents accelerate your impact so you can do your best. Together, we'll bring the power of Agentforce to organizations of all sizes and deliver amazing experiences that customers love.
