* Support financial operations for insurance and claims programs by processing payments, tracking expenses, maintaining records, and assisting with cost allocations.
* Complete regular reconciliations between financial and claims information; identify differences, research issues, and follow through on resolution.
* Assist with payroll audits and prepare related documentation and reports for insurance carriers when needed.
* Compile, organize, and review program information to support audits, regulatory reporting, insurance renewals, and internal reviews.
* Prepare required state and federal reports and support compliance efforts, including Medicare reporting requirements.
* Review standard system reports to identify trends, inconsistencies, and items that may require follow-up or clarification.
* Support general program operations, including managing documentation, processing certificate requests, and responding to routine program inquiries.
* Experience in business operations, program coordination, compliance reporting, insurance administration, or financial analysis
