Symetra offers a thrilling chance to become part of our team as an Associate Underwriter I! About the role Underwrite new business accounts for Life, AD&D, Short Term Disability (STD), Family Medical Leave (FML), and Long Term Disability (LTD), typically covering 100 to 500 lives, with a focus on 100 to 250 lives. Work with other business partners on cross-sale opportunities to promote alignments within the Benefits Division's product portfolio. Support Symetra's sales, profitability, persistency, and growth goals by applying training and showing proficiency in risk evaluation and pricing. What you will do
