About This Position *$100 weekly production/attendance bonus - can be making up to $21.50/hour* Job Summary The Quality Control Associate is responsible for ensuring customer orders are accurate, complete, and meet company quality standards before shipment. This role plays a critical part in reducing errors, improving customer satisfaction, and supporting efficient warehouse operations by inspecting products, verifying order details, and documenting discrepancies. Key Responsibilities Review and verify customer orders for accuracy, including item count, product type, packaging, and labeling Inspect products for damage, defects, or quality issues prior to shipment Compare pick tickets, packing slips, and system data to ensure order consistency Identify, document, and report order discrepancies or quality issues to supervisors Work closely with picking, packing, and shipping teams to correct errors Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs), safety guidelines, and quality standards Maintain accurate quality control records and reports Support continuous improvement efforts to reduce order errors and returns Assist with audits, inventory checks, and other operational tasks as needed What You'll Need High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience Must be a self-starter who can work well with people in a correctional facility in a professional, upbeat manner. Ability to lift up to 70lbs.
