The Opportunity

Adobe is looking for a dedicated Treasury Analyst to join our Investments and Capital Markets team to manage and optimize our investment portfolio and debt activity. The Treasury Analyst will work with a wide range of partners from internal teams to external investors, fund managers, banks and financial institutions to ensure the company's financial assets and liabilities are handled in the most efficient and innovative manner. What you'll Do

  • Execution of treasury transactions with external parties on behalf of the company including money market trades, financial derivatives, financial risk management and credit analysis in order to make complex decisions regarding investment choice, capital structure and allocation and risk/reward tradeoffs
  • Work with the Treasury team in providing support to ongoing Treasury projects, including financial modelling tools to build Investment portfolio oversight and efficient capital markets transaction execution
  • Partner effectively with Accounting, FP&A, Investor Relations, Tax and Legal teams
  • Prepare support information as needed for audits, BOD governance and reviews conducted by external reviewers and/or internal management
  • Analyze changes in the macro-economic environment and their impact on Adobe's liquidity and cash position
  • Uncover operational, governance and financial risks that could affect the profitability or be detrimental to business continuity; develops and communicate recommendations to senior leadership within treasury and business teams
  • Prepare short term and long-term cash flow forecasts as required

What you need to succeed

  • Strong analytical skills and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex financial information
  • Strong attention to detail and enthusiasm to work on multiple projects and priorities
  • Strong work ethic to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
  • Passion and curiosity towards financial markets including fixed income, equities and derivatives
  • Bachelors in Finance, Accounting, Business or Economics, with 2+ years of experience in a finance or treasury role
  • MBA/CFA or demonstrated interest in pursuit of an advanced degree or certification would be a plus.

Expected Pay Range:

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this positionis $63,300 -- $122,700 annually. Paywithin this range varies by work locationand may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills,and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.
In California, the pay range for this position is $84,700 - $122,700

At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).

In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
