Description
UDR, Inc. is now hiring a Corporate and Furnished Administrator to join our team at our corporate office in Highlands Ranch. GENERAL SUMMARY OF DUTIES: Support UDR Corporate Housing Rentals and Short-Term Furnished Rentals Programs. Accountable for and focused on providing clear and accurate communication across multiple corporate teams, on-site staff, corporate clients/guests, while providing exemplary customer service and affording the best guest experience possible. Position will assist with streamlining process efficiencies and implementing innovative solutions. SUPERVISION RECEIVED: Reports directly to the Senior Director - OPS Strategic Initiatives and Policy Management SUPERVISION RECEIVED: N/A ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
TYPICAL PHYSICAL DEMANDS: Requires prolonged sitting, some bending, stooping, and stretching. Occasionally lifting items weighing up to 30 pounds. Requires eye-hand coordination and manual dexterity sufficient to operate a keyboard, photocopier, telephone, calculator, and other office equipment. Requires normal range of hearing and eyesight to record, prepare, and communicate appropriate reports. Extensive internet research and excel documentation requires the ability to sit for long periods of time. Regular and consistent attendance on the job is an essential function. TYPICAL WORKING CONDITIONS: Normal office environment. Occasional evening or weekend work. Occasional travel in the United States to UDR properties. EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
