We are known for our dedication to industry-leading client service and tailored solutions. Kennedy Jenks is seeking an experienced Senior Engineer to join our Civil Group. In this role, you will serve as a trusted advisor, technical leader, and Project/Program Manager, guiding the delivery of complex infrastructure projects while supporting the growth and success of the team. Our Civil Group delivers high-quality, efficient design solutions, develops technical standards, and ensures rigorous QA/QC practices. You will play a key role in leading multidisciplinary coordination, mentoring staff, and driving both project excellence and client satisfaction. You'll have the opportunity to work on a variety of water, wastewater, and recycled water projects, including pump stations, reservoirs, lift stations, and treatment facilities-supporting efforts from planning through construction while helping strengthen client relationships. The anticipated salary range for this position is $150,000 - $180,000, depending on experience, qualifications, and location. This role is also eligible for performance and incentive compensation.
