Job Title: Contractor - Enterprise Technology Systems Job Location: Merrifield, VA Hybrid - HDQ (Vienna, VA or GPO (Pensacola, FL) This position is for a rotating 6am-6pm eastern time schedule. Job Description: Operator must have strong process management skills/general knowledge of routers, switches, network connections/moogsoft monitoring, alert system or equivalent systems/vendor relation and portal ticketing access knowledge/teams/servicenow/strong written and analytical skills.
