The Analyst II/Account Management is responsible for developing and optimizing existing procedures, designing and preparing records/documents, analyzing them, and recommending action to ACS leadership. The Analyst II is also responsible for establishing and maintaining contracts and other related records, as well as maintaining working files of all agreements with Key Accounts (KA) and Energy Solutions (ES) partners/customers and supporting the efforts of the Energy Advisors (EA)/Account Advisors (AA)/Industrial Gas Engineers (IGE) who work directly with KA and ES customers. This position supports the efforts of employees in the KA and ES departments. It represents The Office of Customer Experience at both the corporate and division levels in projects that impact KA and ES customers, resolving complicated billing matters and correcting SAP issues where multiple departments must work together, FEA contract administration, FOMS (or relevant work management systems), drafting new contracts, tracking essential contract dates, and creating/maintaining department procedures.

POSITION DIMENSIONS

The incumbent does not have accountability for people. The position requires clear communication with all levels of employees within ACS, Key Accounts and Energy Solutions and employees outside of those departments.

QUALIFICATIONS

There are clear precedents and practices that the incumbent uses as guidelines to determine how this job is performed. This position requires three to five years of relevant work experience plus a bachelor's degree from an accredited university or an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to perform the essential job responsibilities successfully. Experience in business law, contract administration, business finance, or business management is preferred.

ESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Gather pertinent data and assist in developing responses to data requests for use by the Regulation Department
  • Maintain contract templates, prepare contracts for EAs/AAs/IGEs, and coordinate and maintain contract files.
  • Provide technical and systemic support regarding the administrative details related to contractual agreements, billing issues, project management, and customer inquiries
  • Collaborate with ES and KA Advisors/Analysts, Business Desk, Customer Assistance, FOMS, SAP, Operations, and other departments to resolve contractual concerns new facility installations, and onsite contractor related issues
  • Act as a liaison between ES & KA, other Company departments, and external contractors (as appropriate) during project development, design, and construction
  • Assists with review ES and KA Facility Extension Agreements, Incremental Facilities Agreements, and other pertinent agreements initiated by KA and ES for completeness, interpret provisions, and recommend changes while maintaining compliance with Company and departmental standard practices
  • Monitor financial security requirements and ensure annual adjustments or true-up provisions are met per agreement language
  • Create and maintain customer information in GTS and update exhibits to reflect the company's current rates and charges
  • Review control mechanisms prepared by administrative support personnel to track proprietary/sensitive information (i.e., key contract dates and milestones for Energy Solutions/Key Account agreement renewals and financial security)
  • Prepare and manage appropriate reports to ensure ES/KA contracts are reviewed and processed to maintain compliance
  • Compile requested data, verify accuracy, and provide results to internal/external auditors as needed while meeting specific deadlines
  • Perform related duties and responsibilities as assigned
  • Regular and predictable attendance is a condition of employment and an essential job function

SALARY DETAILS

Phoenix: $67,398.00 - $97,732.00
