Risk, Issue, and Opportunity Manager The Opportunity: A Navy ERP transformation program requires a risk manager who is passionate about guiding complex efforts through the full lifecycle of risk and issue identification, mitigation, and corrective actions. It requires a professional dedicated to anticipating challenges, enabling decision-making, and supporting a mission-focused team with clarity and government-client relationship experience. That's why we need you-a skilled risk manager who can help ensure the Navy ERP program achieves mission success. As a risk manager on our team, you will support the design, implementation, and sustainment of risk management processes and documentation by working with government client leadership, technical teams, cybersecurity, acquisition, and functional experts. The program will rely on you to coordinate, track, and communicate risk posture across a large, evolving ERP environment. As a team member supporting a major Navy business system, you'll identify opportunities to strengthen program performance, advance risk transparency, and improve readiness. You'll also build your expertise in structured risk management frameworks, program reporting, strategic planning, and stakeholder engagement. Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $69,400.00 to $158,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
