The Senior STEM Education Specialist supports the coordination, delivery, and evaluation of STEM education and workforce development initiatives aligned with organizational mission and workforce priorities. This role operates as part of a cross-functional team, collaborating across internal organizations to advance integrated STEM education and outreach efforts that strengthen the workforce pipeline. This position reports to the Director of STEM Education and serves as a key liaison between Idaho National Laboratory (INL) and the BEA STEM Institute at the College of Eastern Idaho. The role also represents INL in the community and across the state, engaging with partners to promote STEM opportunities and support education and workforce development objectives. The position requires expertise in STEM education, strong project management skills, and the ability to work effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders. The Senior Specialist supports outreach delivery, partnership engagement, and program evaluation activities to ensure measurable impact and continuous improvement, including designing and delivering high-quality professional development for educators. You will work a 9/80 work schedule with every other Friday off but will need to be flexible and available during off hours as the position requires. Key Responsibilities:
