Job Description:The Senior Manager, Applied AI Solutions and Enablement is a hands-on builder and applied AI delivery leadresponsible foridentifyingAI and automation-readyworkflows, rapidly developing internalAI-poweredtools and agents, and shepherding delivery ofhigh-impactsolutions through a small pod of applied AI analysts.Beyond managing the pod of analysts, acore responsibilityofthis role is driving internal transformation by rolling out AI tools, training teams, and embedding new GenAIfirst ways of working.Success in this role is defined by the quality, relevance, and adoption of the solutions delivered, as well as by the ability to guide technical builders and ensure teams effectively use the AI tools and workflows produced. This role combines deep technical fluency with strong coaching instincts,operatingas the go-to resource for applied AI within embeddedteamin North America. Key Responsibilities:

Work Hours: Varies upon the needs of the department. Travel Requirements: This position requires travel5-10% of the time.
