Job Location: Richmond, VA

• Minimum 4 years of experience using .Net Programming Skills
• Knowledge of database structures and management systems, preference for large, regulated industry environments
• Minimum of 4 years in seat as a System Analyst

In-depth experience in programming or systems analysis desired. A Programmer Analyst will work in support of corporate strategic planning as a bridge to close the gap between technical programming and system analysis. They will be responsible for understanding business needs and translating them into technical solutions through software development and system management.

• Education Bachelors preferred in Business, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Mathematics
