What We Do Based in our Albany, Oregon office, this role supports the Escrow team in a collaborative, fast-paced environment. You'll assist with both customer service and administrative tasks tied to escrow closings, partnering closely with escrow officers and team members to keep transactions running smoothly.
This position is focused on residential transactions, giving you the opportunity to play a direct role in helping clients successfully navigate the path to homeownership.

Essential Functions

  • Support the escrow process by handling a variety of administrative tasks and gathering key information

  • Open orders, input closing statement details, and prepare documents for closing

  • Coordinate the disbursement of funds and manage follow-up on all escrow transactions

  • Communicate clearly with clients, sharing requirements and important updates

  • Review and interpret agreements to ensure accurate, compliant closing documentation

Knowledge & Skills

  • Strong customer service and problem-solving abilities

  • Excellent organization and attention to detail

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and related systems

  • Clear and professional verbal and written communication skills

  • Positive, team-oriented attitude with a commitment to service excellence

Education

High School diploma or equivalent required

Experience

2+ years of escrow or related experience preferred but will train!

Location: In-office role based in Albany, Oregon, supporting residential real estate transactions and a collaborative escrow team.
