• 1st Shift: Monday-Thursday, 6:00 AM - 4:30 PM
• 2nd Shift: Monday-Thursday, 4:25 PM - 2:55 AM

Here's what we're looking for.

• High school diploma or GED required
• 5+ years of CNC setup operator experience
• Strong knowledge of machining techniques and shop math
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and process sheets
• Experience with precision measuring instruments
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
• Frequent standing, walking, and lifting up to 20 lbs (occasionally up to 50 lbs)
• Exposure to manufacturing conditions including noise, dust, and heat within OSHA limits
• Repetitive movement, bending, reaching, and machine operation
• Set up and operate CNC and conventional machines
• Interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and specifications
• Select tooling, fixtures, and calculate feeds, speeds, and offsets
• Perform first-piece inspections using precision measuring tools
• Load programs, find zero, and edit or write G-code as needed
• Troubleshoot machining issues and collaborate with engineers and production teams
• Maintain quality standards, production output, and accurate counts
• Identify and implement process improvements
• Follow all safety procedures and shop standards
