The opportunity The Legal Contract Management Analyst will be responsible for the end-to-end lifecycle management of various legal contracts, ensuring compliance, efficiency, and risk mitigation across the organization. How you'll make an impact
Analyze, draft, review, and support negotiation of a wide range of commercial contracts (including sales agreements, vendor contracts, NDAs, and service agreements), with a strong focus on data accuracy, structured information, and contract lifecycle insights, in collaboration with business and functional stakeholders. Own and manage the BU Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) tool, ensuring high-quality data entry, contract metadata consistency, version control, and document accessibility, while continuously improving data governance and system usability. Develop, monitor, and maintain contract-related datasets and dashboards, providing actionable insights on contract status, turnaround times, compliance trends, and risk exposure to support business decision-making. Support the design, implementation, and optimization of contract management policies, processes, and data standards, aiming to streamline workflows, improve operational efficiency, and enhance reporting reliability. Conduct contract compliance audits and risk assessments using data-driven methodologies, identifying patterns, gaps, and potential issues, and recommending corrective and preventive actions. Prepare and present regular reports and ad hoc analyses on contract performance, compliance, KPIs, and volumes for management and cross-functional stakeholders, translating complex data into clear business insights. Act as a key point of reference for contract data quality, process analytics, and continuous improvement initiatives, supporting automation and scalability of contract management activities.
Your Background
Bachelor's degree in Legal Studies, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in legal and/or contract management, preferably within a large multinational corporation. Proven experience with contract lifecycle management (CLM) software and systems. Strong understanding of contract law, commercial terms, and legal terminology. Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. High level of attention to detail and accuracy. Excellent English knowledge (B2/C1), both written and oral.
