Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technology teams, analyzing organizational processes to identify inefficiencies and implement improvements. They gather, document, and analyze requirements to develop datadriven solutions, enhancing profitability and ensuring projects align with strategic goals. Key Responsibilities Requirements Gathering Documentation: Partner with Product Owner to conduct stakeholder interviews, and data analysis to create detailed business requirement documents BRDs, functional specifications, and process maps. Stakeholder Collaboration: Acting as the liaison between business leaders and IT teams to translate goals into actionable, technical solutions. Project Change Management: Monitoring project health, managing scope, performing UAT User Acceptance Testing, and overseeing the implementation of new systems. Agile Development: Familiar with agile best practices, monitors backlog.
