The Workforce Planning team at TMobile plays a critical role in aligning workforce strategy with business objectives, ensuring the organization has the right people, in the right roles, at the right time. By leveraging analytics and workforce insights, the team translates complex enterprise strategies into actionable plans that drive operational efficiency and business performance. The team partners closely with HR COEs, Finance, and business leaders to inform strategic decisions through datadriven storytelling and predictive modeling. Their work directly influences workforce investments, organizational design, and longterm growth. What You'll DoThroughout the summer, the intern will support key workforce planning initiatives by building interactive dashboards, conducting labor market research, and assisting with scenario modeling. They will translate complex datasets into clear, compelling insights that guide workforce strategy decisions. The intern will contribute to real business challenges such as forecasting workforce needs and identifying talent gaps while partnering with crossfunctional teams. By the end of the internship, the intern will have delivered actionable insights that enhance planning processes and influence strategic workforce decisions. Key Responsibilities
Minimum Qualifications
Employer does not sponsor work visas for this position. Note that this also applies to individuals who are students in F-1 status who desire sponsorship after they complete their education. Relocation assistance may be provided to program participants who reside more than 50 miles from the internship location. Intern wages range from $26/hour to $47/hour. The successful candidate's actual pay will be based on education/STEM vs non-STEM designation. Never stop growing! | |
