As Senior Director, Corporate Business Development, you will provide strategic leadership and oversight for key functions within Scripps Health's growth initiatives. This role is responsible for leading strategic planning efforts, guiding corporate development activities and ensuring alignment with organizational objectives. You will serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, offering expert insight to support decision-making across complex business opportunities. You will analyze budgets and proforma analyses, define and support drive process improvement, and establish policies and standards that support operational excellence. This role also includes leadership of multidisciplinary teams - managing staffing, performance, and development - while fostering a high-performing, collaborative environment.
