About the Role

Responsibilities

• Oversee the full design lifecycle across multiple workstreams, from initial brainstorming and concepting to final, polished execution.
• Craft visually stunning solutions for digital and print platforms that are rooted in client objectives and strategic goals.
• Act as a creative lead in client meetings, presenting concepts with clarity and persuasion while skillfully integrating feedback to elevate the work.
• Foster a culture of excellence by guiding junior and mid-level designers, providing constructive critiques, and maintaining high standards of quality.
• Define and evolve brand identities, ensuring total consistency across web, social, and marketing collateral.
• Anticipate design challenges before they arise and develop creative workarounds that exceed client expectations.
• Drive the creation of user-centered digital experiences, collaborating with developers and strategists to build intuitive, high-performing interfaces.
• Simultaneously manage diverse projects and timelines, ensuring premium output without compromising on deadlines.

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of design experience, with a proven track record in an agency or high-growth environment, demonstrating significant agency and branding expertise.
• Expert-level mastery of industry-standard design and UX/UI tools.
• Demonstrated ability to lead complex projects and mentor a team of designers toward a unified creative vision.
• A deep understanding of user-centered design principles and experience leading web-based projects from wireframe to launch.
• Exceptional presentation skills, with the ability to articulate design rationale and strategy to high-level stakeholders.
• A finger on the pulse of design trends, emerging technologies, and innovative tools to keep the agency at the cutting edge.
• An impactful portfolio showcasing a diverse body of work across various industries and mediums.

Nice-to-Have Qualifications

• Experience in motion design or animation is a significant plus.
