The position will work on a research project aimed at dissecting RNA circuits that operate in T cells to regulate their function in immune responses. This project will employ primary cell and immortalized cell line culture, CRISPR genetics, molecular biology, and potentially mouse models of disease. The Junior Specialist will also contribute to other lab tasks such as restocking and preparing aliquots, but these support tasks will take less than 20% of the position's time.
