Accountabilities & Essential Functions



  • Sets and initiates goals for programs based on Mouser's strategic objectives and ensures Mouser projects and programs meet the organization's goals and requirements. This includes efficiently tracking resource assignments and projects.
  • Plans programs from start to finish including identifying processes, deadlines, and milestones; and communicates these effectively and proactively
  • Establishes consistent, objective program performance standards of accountability
  • Hires, trains, and builds a strong team through effective communication
  • Leads large group discussions to answer questions and remedy complaints
  • Develops and approves operations and budgets in alignment with SVP Operations and President
  • Collaborates with Senior Management to set strategic direction, organizational programs, and develop career growth initiatives for team members.
  • Maintains strong relationships across department leaders to define, prioritize and determine funding limitations and staffing requirements for the projects and programs
  • Proactively implements and provides guidance related to policies and processes.
  • Stays involved throughout all stages of Mouser projects from start to close.
  • Provides guidance and manages resources to include assignment, performance, and training.
  • Demonstrates flexibility to adapt to changing business needs and assumes new responsibilities as required.
  • Establishes and maintains effective relationships across cultures and at all organizational levels.
  • Displays thorough knowledge and understanding of critical job functions and people management.
  • Works with minimal supervision and makes sound independent judgements
  • Provides flexibility to meet the changing needs of the business and willingness to take on new responsibilities and assignments.

Education & Experience



  • 7+ Years in Program Delivery with strong quality control experience
  • Bachelor's Degree in related field, or minimum of 10 years prior work relevant field
  • Internal candidates: Minimum of 7+ years management experience
  • External candidates: Minimum of 7+ years management experience; outstanding references are required.
  • Experience using project management software preferred
  • Experience interacting with executives, managers, and subject matter experts.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple enterprise-level, large, complex projects is required.
  • Experience working with off-shore teams preferred
