Position Title: Systems Engineer

Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly experienced Systems Engineer to support advanced system design, software development, and network solutions. This role requires deep technical expertise and experience supporting mission-critical systems, including Distributed Common Ground-Surface System (DCGS) for the U.S. Marine Corps. The ideal candidate will bring strong certifications, leadership-level experience, and a proven ability to work across complex computing environments.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain computer systems, software applications, and network architectures
Support and enhance Distributed Common Ground-Surface System (DCGS) operations
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver secure, scalable, and reliable solutions
Implement and maintain cybersecurity best practices and compliance standards
Provide technical leadership and guidance on system architecture and engineering efforts
Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues across software, hardware, and network domains

Requirements:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer, Electrical, or Electronics Engineering, Mathematics, or related field (computer science focus preferred)
CISSP certification required
One or more of the following: PSEM, CSDP, Microsoft, RHCP, CCNP, CCDP, VCP, Cloud certifications, CKA, or DCA
5 years supporting DCGS (USMC)
System architecture, software development, and networking
