Applications will be accepted until the positions are filled. *Applicants must be 18 years of age or older.* JOB INFO: Location: Rockville, MN Wage: $16/hour + $4 retention bonus NOTE: Retention bonus is paid out at the end of the summer based on work performance and attendance. The employee must work through the summer OR another date that is pre-set by the applicant and the supervisor. Status: This is a temporary; full-time hourly position for the duration of the summer Hours: Monday - Thursday: 6:00am - 4:30pm & Friday: 6:00am - 12:00pm; overtime as needed ABOUT US: Who we are: Coldspring, a family-owned business since 1898, is a leading quarrier and fabricator of natural stone and bronze for architectural, memorial, residential, and industrial markets. WHAT YOULL BE DOING: Assist with general quarry operations Perform cleanup and basic maintenance tasks Maintain a clean and organized work area Operating equipment in a safe and efficient manner Perform 5S and TPM duties as assigned Perform other duties as assigned REQUIREMENTS: Must be 18 years old or older Read and understand a tape measure Able to stand for the entire shift Be a self-motivated worker that can also work on a team Works with limited supervision Lift up to 50 - 70 lbs.
