What You'll Do As a Data Architect, you will support a large-scale, multi-site Electronic Health Record (EHR) system deployment. You will contribute to the planning, execution, and coordination of key workstreams, ensuring alignment with project goals, timelines, and budgets. Working closely with technical teams, clinical stakeholders, and leadership, you will play a critical role in supporting all phases of deployment, from pre-deployment through post-go-live optimization. Key Responsibilities
- Support planning, execution, and coordination of assigned workstreams to ensure alignment with project objectives, timelines, and budgets
- Collaborate with technical teams, clinical stakeholders, site leadership, and senior management to drive successful deployment activities
- Communicate regularly with stakeholders to provide updates, address challenges, and maintain momentum on deliverables
- Build and maintain strong relationships across client, vendor, and internal teams to support seamless deployment execution
- Develop a deep understanding of client practices, policies, and processes to effectively support role responsibilities
- Design and establish environments to support ETL processes, including migration to virtual server infrastructure
- Develop and execute data migration processes from decommissioned Corporate Data Warehouses
- Explore and integrate connections to additional data sources as needed
- Support Agile processes, including participation in sprint retrospectives and continuous improvement efforts
- Contribute to all phases of deployment, including pre-deployment planning, go-live support, and post-deployment optimization
Requirements
- U.S. Citizenship required
- Experience supporting large-scale IT projects or system implementations
- Experience with data architecture, ETL processes, and data migration strategies
- Familiarity with virtual server environments and data infrastructure setup
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Ability to manage competing priorities and support multiple workstreams effectively
Preferred Experience
- Experience in Healthcare IT or EHR system deployments
- Demonstrated expertise within a defined workstream or technical domain
- Prior experience working with federal clients or within veteran/military environments
- Experience with Agile methodologies and sprint ceremonies
- Background in data warehouse modernization or system decommissioning efforts
