Position Summary

Odyssey is currently seeking a Quality Analyst to join our team in Wakefield, MA. The Quality Analyst will play a key role in the continuous improvement of Odyssey's Quality Management System (QMS). Embedded within the Enterprise Alignment group, this role supports organizational excellence by ensuring quality principles are integrated into enterprise projects, corporate processes, and operations across all business units.

The ideal candidate will have experience in one or more corporate support departments and be exceptionally skilled at seeing the interdependencies between departments. This candidate will be heavily involved in process improvement, including auditing existing processes, conducting root cause analysis, and identifying opportunities for improvement. This position actively supports various business operations functions within the organization, including Finance, Contracts Administration, Human Resources, Security & Information Technology, Talent Acquisition, Business Development, and Operations. Candidates must be comfortable communicating, coordinating, and collaborating with stakeholders and team members across all functional areas of the organization.

This is a hybrid position based out of Odyssey's corporate headquarters in Wakefield, MA, requiring support from the office 3 days per week.



Responsibilities

Duties include, but not limited to:

    Quality Management System (QMS) Implementation and Oversight
    • Assist in maintaining Odyssey's QMS in alignment with ISO 9001:2015 standards.
    • Ensure the QMS enables consistent process identification, development, and codification across all business units.
    • Monitor QMS adoption, effectiveness, and integration into enterprise workflows and corporate initiatives.
  • Audit
    • Conduct internal audits to assess compliance with defined procedures and standards.
    • Support the organization in maintaining ISO 9001:2015 certification and other business-focused certifications.
  • Process Governance and Standardization
    • Partner with process owners and cross-functional teams to assist with defining, documenting, and maintaining enterprise processes and procedures.
  • Continuous Improvement
    • Analyze data trends, audit results, and stakeholder feedback to drive quality and process improvement efforts.
    • Develop and implement Power BI dashboards and metrics to monitor performance and maturity of quality efforts.
    • Support basic Power Automate workflows to enhance business processes and document management efficiency.


Qualifications

Citizenship: Must be a US citizen

Minimum Required Qualifications

Education: Bachelor's degree

Years of Experience: At least three (3) years of experience in a quality or business analytics

Technical Skills

  • Proficiency with Microsoft 365 tools, particularly SharePoint and Microsoft Excel
  • Proficiency with Power BI or other dashboard tools
  • Familiar with Microsoft Visio or similar software to create and edit flowcharts, organizational charts, or other visual presentation aids
  • Strong understanding of ISO 9001:2015 is preferred
  • Experience in implementing certification frameworks, enterprise-wide (CMMI, CMMC, or ISO certifications) is preferred

Interpersonal Skills

  • Strong organizational skills and extreme attention to detail are critical

  • Proven ability to work cross-functionally and communicate with technical and non-technical audiences

Additional Information

Location: Corporate Headquarters/Wakefield, MA

Travel: ~5%

Remote, Onsite, or Hybrid: Hybrid, three (3) days a week onsite

Final compensation for this position will be determined by various factors such as the Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant work experience, specific skills and competencies, geographic location, education, and certifications.
