Description Commercial Finance Manager Drive the decisions that drive the business. This isn't a back-office finance role. This is where finance meets the floor, the customer, and the strategy. We're looking for a Commercial Finance Manager who understands manufacturing, sees beyond the numbers, and knows how to turn data into direction. Someone who can sit at the table with Sales, Operations, and Product and influence what happens next, not just report on what already happened. Every margin improvement initiative. They all impact revenue, customer experience, and operational performance. This role sits at the center of it all. You'll help shape commercial strategy, improve profitability, and ensure decisions are grounded in real data, not assumptions. What you'll own Commercial insight and financial strategy * Build and own advanced financial models that guide strategic decisions * Lead scenario planning and variance analysis to keep the business on track * Translate complex data into clear, actionable recommendations for leadership Pricing and profitability * Drive pricing strategy and optimization across products and customers * Analyze margin performance and identify opportunities to improve both gross and net margins * Partner on product commercialization to ensure profitable growth from day one Cross-functional impact * Work directly with Sales, Product, Operations, and Customer Experience * Align financial insights with real-world execution on the manufacturing floor and in the market * Influence decisions across the business, not just within Finance Performance visibility * Develop dashboards, KPIs, and reporting that actually get used * Improve how the business tracks, understands, and acts on performance Continuous improvement * Strengthen financial processes, tools, and systems * Drive better data quality, automation, and efficiency What you bring * Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field * 4+ years in financial analysis, commercial finance, or similar roles * Manufacturing or B2B experience. You understand how products, pricing, and operations connect And just as important * Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills * Strong business acumen. You connect numbers to outcomes * Confidence working cross-functionally and influencing decisions * Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities * Experience with ERP systems and reporting tools.
