General Job Description Residential Piece-Rate Electrician Compensation: Piece-rate pay $25.00-$40.00 per hour (earn based on productivity and quality of work) We are looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Residential Piece-Rate Electrician to join our team. This position is ideal for electricians who excel in residential installations and want to be rewarded for productivity and craftsmanship. Compensation is based on the volume and quality of completed work-perfect for motivated professionals who take pride in efficiency and code-compliant installations. Key Responsibilities Install, repair, and maintain electrical wiring, panels, and fixtures in residential homes Read and interpret blueprints and specifications to ensure accurate installations Perform service upgrades, new construction wiring, troubleshooting, and final trim-outs Adhere to Colorado state and local electrical codes, as well as company safety standards Maintain accurate records of materials used and work performed Min USD $25.00/Hr. Max USD $40.00/Hr.
