Description Stephens HospitalProfessional - Nonclinical The Nutrition Education Program Coordinator will promote population health through evidence-based nutrition education and public health interventions. This position will support the facilitation of a sustainable nutrition education infrastructure for chronic disease prevention and management in Oxford County. The role will also implement evidence-based Food Is Medicine (FIM) strategies. This position focuses on building community partnerships, strengthening food access infrastructure, nutrition education, and embedding FIM approaches within clinical and community systems. The candidate will work independently, be well-organized, and possess a strong attention to detail. This position will be required to keep detailed records for reporting and evaluation. Frequent travel to sites throughout the local service area and occasional overnight travel to statewide trainings (1-2 per year) is required. Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs)
