Responsibilities

  • The Quality RN is responsible for supporting hospital-wide quality improvement and patient safety initiatives.
  • This role collaborates with clinical and non-clinical teams to collect, analyze, and report data; identify areas for improvement; and implement evidence-based practices to enhance outcomes, ensure regulatory compliance, and promote a culture of safety and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

Job Requirements:

  • Associate degree in Nursing

  • Current RN license in Texas

  • 2-3 years of clinical nursing experience in an acute care setting.

  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and EMR systems.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently and collaboratively.

Preferred Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing.

  • Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality (CPHQ) or equivalent.
