• Basic understanding of automotive systems and repair processes.
• Computer proficiency for scheduling, invoicing, and record-keeping.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet customers, listen to concerns, and document vehicle issues accurately.
• Create service orders and provide clear estimates for repairs and maintenance.
• Communicate repair recommendations and technical information to customers in an understandable way.
• Schedule service appointments and manage workflow to maximize efficiency.
• Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely and accurate completion of repairs.
• Maintain accurate service records, including parts used and labor performed.
• Follow up with customers regarding service status, recalls, or maintenance reminders.
• Uphold a high level of customer service and professionalism at all times.
