Responsible for all aspects of the development and implementation of assigned projects and or initiatives and provides a single point of contact for those projects. Provides subject matter expertise based on established project management techniques. Performs other duties as assigned.

Key Accountabilities



  • Lead complex, multiworkstream provider network initiatives from initiation through implementation, including network expansion, optimization, and compliance projects
  • Develop and manage comprehensive project plans, timelines, budgets, and risk mitigation strategies
  • Coordinate crossfunctional teams including Provider Contracting, Provider Reimbursement, IT, Compliance, and Operations
  • Serve as primary project stakeholder liaison, ensuring alignment between business objectives and delivery outcomes
  • Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks; escalate issues and recommend solutions as needed
  • Track and report project performance metrics, milestones, and deliverables to senior leadership
  • Drive process improvement and standardization within provider network operations



Qualifications



  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Project Management, or related field (Master's degree preferred)
  • 7+ years of progressive project management experience, including healthcare or provider network operations
  • Proven experience managing largescale, crossfunctional healthcare projects
  • Formal project management training or certification preferred (PMP, PgMP, Lean, Six Sigma)
  • Strong understanding of provider network functions such as contracting, credentialing, reimbursement, and network performance
  • Experience working with health plans, provider organizations, managed care, or valuebased arrangements
  • Proficiency with project management tools and reporting platforms

This position is an Office role, which requires an employee to work onsite, on average, 3 days per week. We are open to candidates located near one of the following office locations: Minnetonka, MN, Madison, WI, Omaha, NE, and St. Louis, MO.

The full salary grade for this position is $88,800 - $152,300. While the full salary grade is provided, the typical hiring salary range for this role is expected to be between $88,800 - $133,245. Annual salary range placement will depend on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, education, work experience, applicable certifications and/or licensure, the position's scope and responsibility, internal pay equity and external market salary data.
