Neuropsychology Testing Technician Department of Psychiatry and the Behavioral Sciences The Department of Psychiatry and the Behavioral Sciences at theKeck School of Medicine of the University of Southern Californiais seeking aNeuropsychology Testing Technician to join Dr. Lon Schneider's research group. This position primarily supports theClinical Core of the Alzheimer's Disease Research Center (ADRC)and other active clinical research studies as needed. Under the supervision of study investigators and senior research staff, the Neuropsychology Testing Technician coordinates and administers standardized neuropsychological assessments and related assessments for research participants and assists with research data collection and study operations. The person works closely withclinicians, investigators, and research coordinatorsto ensure accurate administration, scoring, and documentation of neuropsychological testing for federally funded research studies and clinical trials. This position provides an opportunity to gain hands-on experience inclinical neuroscience and aging research, working with interdisciplinary research teams studying Alzheimer's disease and related conditions. It is well suited for candidates interested in pursuing advanced training in this or related health sciences. Essential job duties include, but are not limited to:

This position ison-site at the USC Health Sciences Campus in Los Angeles, CAand may require schedule flexibility depending on research needs. Compensation The hourly rate range for this position is$26.56 - $35.00 per hour. Minimum Education: Bachelor's degree Or Bachelor's degree Psychology Or Bachelor's degree in related field(s) Minimum Experience: <1 year Minimum Skills: Experience gathering, organizing, inputting, and maintaining data and/or documentation. Ability to interpret, apply, and enforce regulatory guidelines, policies, and relevant legislation. Strong interpersonal skills for interacting effectively and tactfully with staff at all levels. Proven oral and written communication skills. Experience with Microsoft Office suite, and/or any comparable software systems for word processing, assembling numerical data, and organizing and maintaining databases. Preferred Experience: 2 years Preferred Skills: Experience working with neurological, psychiatric, and/or other medical populations. Experience administering and scoring cognition tests.
