Job Title: Sr Program Director

Location: Virtual within the US

Overview

Blue Yonder is seeking an experienced Senior Program Director to lead and manage strategic, cross-functional programs aligning with the company's vision and goals. This role involves driving the successful execution of programs, tracking their progress, and ensuring alignment with strategic objectives. The Sr. Program Director will oversee the full lifecycle of program initiatives from inception to completion, fostering innovation and continuous improvement to maintain Blue Yonder's market leadership in digital supply chain solutions.

What you'll do

  • Lead and manage cross-functional teams to execute strategic programs aligned with company goals.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans for program initiatives, including scope, deliverables, resources, work plans, and budgets.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure program success and alignment with organizational objectives.
  • Innovate and enhance program execution through new tools, processes, and best practices.
  • Monitor and report program progress, risks, and achievements to senior management.
  • Foster collaboration across geographic teams and engage with customers to ensure satisfaction and consistent program delivery.
  • Manage project budgets, schedules, and quality standards to achieve program goals.
  • Provide mentorship and guidance to program managers and other team members.

Technical Environment:

  • Proficiency with project management and collaboration tools such as JIRA, Confluence, and Aha.
  • Familiarity with AI and machine learning systems, cloud-based platforms, and digital supply chain management.
  • Knowledge of supply chain solutions, including demand planning, inventory optimization, and omni-channel commerce.

What we're looking for

  • At least 12 years of experience in program or project management within a software or technology-related field
  • Demonstrated ability to manage cross-functional teams and drive complex projects to successful completion
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging with senior management and external partners
  • Proven track record of leading large-scale software development projects and managing program transformation initiatives
  • Experience in the supply chain or logistics software industry is highly desirable
  • Experience in the automotive or manufacturing industry is highly desirable
  • Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or a related field; a Master's degree is preferred

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to drive consensus and decision-making among multiple stakeholders
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the capability to present complex information clearly to diverse audiences

The annual base salary for this position is $168,875.90 - $219,124.09

The salary range information provided, reflects the anticipated base salary range for this position based on current national data. Minimums and maximums may vary based on location. Individual salary will be commensurate with skills, experience, certifications or licenses and other relevant factors. In addition, this role will be eligible to participate in either the annual performance bonus or commission program, determined by the nature of the position.
