Salary range:
A reasonable estimate for this position is $1,500.00-$3,500.00 per course. Application Window Open date: April 1, 2026 Next review date: Wednesday, Apr 15, 2026 at 11:59pm (Pacific Time) Final date: Wednesday, Mar 31, 2027 at 11:59pm (Pacific Time) Position description The Department of Professional and Continuing Education (PaCE) at the University of California, Santa Barbara invites applications for a pool of qualified temporary, part-time instructors to teach on-site and online courses in our Sales and Marketing programs for upcoming openings. These programs help students and working professionals develop practical skills in digital marketing strategy, brand development, marketing analytics, advertising, sales, and customer engagement. Courses emphasize applied learning and real-world marketing scenarios that prepare students to develop, execute, and evaluate modern marketing campaigns. Instruction may also incorporate the use of modern marketing technologies and AI-assisted tools for campaign development, audience analysis, and content creation. We seek instructors who bring substantial professional experience in areas such as:

The posting will remain open until March 31, 2027 to accommodate department needs. A bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, communications, advertising, analytics, or a related discipline, or a relevant professional marketing credential. Additional qualifications

A minimum of 3 years of professional experience in marketing, digital marketing, brand management, advertising, sales, marketing analytics, or a closely related field. Preferred qualifications
