Position Compensation Range:

$88,000.00 - $145,000.00

Compensation may vary based on the job level and your geographic work location. Relocation support is offered for eligible candidates.

Operating at the intersection of business strategy, process design, and enterprise platform capability, the Senior Business Analyst ensures that ServiceNow enhancements & large initiatives are well-scoped, aligned to business objectives, and implemented in a manner consistent with ServiceNow best practices and long-term platform sustainability. You will be responsible for supporting both business and IT initiatives delivered on the ServiceNow platform. You will partner closely with business subject matter experts, process owners, and technical delivery teams to elicit, analyze, and translate business needs into clear, complete, and actionable functional and non-functional requirements. You will report to the Senior Manager, Technology Services.

In this flex office/home role, you will be expected to work a minimum of 10 days per month from either Madison, WI 53783 or Boston, MA 02110

Primary Accountabilities

  • Business Analysis & Technical Delivery: You will lead business analysis activities for large and/or complex ServiceNow enhancements & large initiatives to be implemented on the ServiceNow platform.
  • Requirements Definition & Documentation: You will develop and maintain functional requirements, non-functional requirements, acceptance criteria, constraints, risks, and supporting deliverables for ServiceNow Platform demands.
  • Solution Design & Platform Partnership: You will serve as a trusted partner to ServiceNow engineers, architects, product owners, and delivery teams.
  • Demand Intake, Governance & Quality: You will support demand intake activities by ensuring requests are sufficiently defined, feasible, and aligned to business objectives.
  • Testing & Delivery Support: You will consult on development of test strategies and plans to ensure requirements are testable and traceable through all testing phases.

Qualifications

  • Experience serving as a Senior Business Analyst in complex enterprise environments.
  • Strong background in requirements elicitation, analysis, validation, and documentation.
  • Experience supporting IT Delivery using Agile, iterative, or waterfall methodologies.
  • Ability to operate effectively at both strategic and tactical levels.
  • Strong facilitation and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience supporting enterprise platforms, preferably ServiceNow.
  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) or equivalent experience.
  • Experience using modeling techniques such as process flows, use cases, or context diagrams.
  • Demonstrated experience providing customer-driven solutions, support or service
  • Travel Requirements up to 5%.
