What You'll Do

  • Collaborate with the Engineered Products (EP) Technical Sales team to track and manage projects in the pipeline.
  • Prepare budgetary estimates across all EP product lines.
  • Develop preliminary drawings for engineering review and potential inclusion in project plans.
  • Generate formal quotes for bid submissions.
  • Conduct plan reviews and provide technical support to internal teams, engineering firms, contractors, and other stakeholders.
  • Maintain accurate project records in the Smartsheet project management system.
  • Prepare comprehensive submittal packages for review and approval prior to fabrication.
  • Develop and deliver production drawing packages to core teams following approvals.
  • Manage procurement of specialty items related to EP products.
  • Coordinate manufacturing activities with production facilities.
  • Support customers in partnership with our customer service representatives.
  • Perform occasional job site visits to ensure project success.
  • Keep Smartsheet updated with realtime project information throughout the project lifecycle.

What You'll Need

  • Proficiency in 3D CAD modeling required; Autodesk Inventor preferred.
  • Parametric 3D modeling experience is preferred.
  • Experience with Smartsheet or a similar project management tool is preferred.
  • Proven ability to oversee and coordinate projects from inception to completion.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to effectively analyze complex conditions and devise practical solutions.
  • Excellent communication to interact with engineers, contractors, and internal teams.
  • Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and project plans.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects effectively.
  • Willingness to perform occasional job site visits.

Your Education

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related engineering field is preferred;Associate's Degree in Engineering Technology or a related technical field is an acceptable alternative.
  • Experience in stormwater management, stormwater treatment, drainage infrastructure systems, or precast concrete manufacturing is beneficial.
