  • Maintain executive-level visibility into program status, risks, financial health, procurement impacts, and performance metrics.
  • Proactively identify and surface program risks, interdependencies, conflicts and downstream impacts early - driving alignment and mitigation before issues materialize.
  • Escalate risks and issues with clarity and context to Presidio leadership, leading resolution efforts to minimize delivery impact.
  • Develop and implement mitigation strategies while maintaining focus on program objectives.

  • Ensure governance cadences, documentation, and controls align to PMO standards.
  • Drive continuous improvement through collecting Lessons Learned and sharing process improvement recommendations to Portfolio Team.

Cost Management

  • For programs with an assigned budget, track and report on financial health and performance against approved budgets, forecasting variances in alignment with portfolio requirements.
  • Ensure cost impacts of scope, schedule, risk, and procurement decisions are clearly understood and communicated to leadership to support informed decision-making.
