Job Overview Own the financial heartbeat of two high-visibility manufacturing sites-Monroe, LA and Sheboygan, WI-while serving as a trusted finance business partner to operations leaders and senior executives and turn insight into impact. As the Operations Controller for Ingersoll Rand's Thomas and Welch product lines, this leadership role drives manufacturing cost efficiency, revenue growth, margin expansion, and working capital optimization while leading a small team. Responsible for multi-site financial performance, this role translates month-end results into actionable plant-level insights, driving the KPIs that matter most. This is not a back-office role-analysis, recommendations, and decisive actions directly influence plant operations and guide where investments are made to win. This is an opportunity to shape outcomes at the largest plant while supporting two additional product lines--- offering broad scope and a meaningful platform to make an immediate impact. Through cross-functional collaboration, this role drives real-time problem solving and advances key initiatives that directly influence performance.. Pay Range The pay range for this role is $110,000-$120,000, excluding incentive opportunities. The pay range takes into account a wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skills; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and geographic location. Hired applicant will be eligible to receive (discretionary/nondiscretionary) annual bonuses and incentive compensation.
