Family Practice Physician - Somersworth, NH Join Our Community: Family Medicine Physician Opportunity in Somersworth, NH Mass General Brigham is seeking a full-time Family Medicine Physician to join Hilltop Family Practice in Somersworth, NH. What You'll Do Comprehensive Care: Provide full-spectrum Family Medicine care, including preventive services, chronic disease management, and acute care Build longitudinal relationships with a diverse patient population Support patients with complex medical and social needs Team-Based Environment: Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including physicians, an advanced practice provider, nurses, and medical assistants Work alongside embedded support services such as behavioral health, social work, care management, and diabetes education Opportunity to work in a standalone practice setting with strong clinical and administrative support Qualifications MD or DO degree Board Certified/Board Eligible in Family Medicine Eligible for medical licensure in New Hampshire (Maine licensure a plus) 2+ years of experience preferred Why Choose Mass General Brigham?
