Job Description: Pay & Benefits: Pay of $62.18 per hour*, with the opportunity for future increase per applicable collective bargaining agreement wage scale based on time in position. You'll design, develop, and deliver technical training for Southwest Employees, OnCall Maintenance Providers, and Airframe Substantial Maintenance Providers, staying current on evolving aircraft systems, technologies, and regulatory requirements. Through classroom, handson, and computerbased instruction, you'll equip Aircraft Mechanics with the knowledge and skills needed to perform complex maintenance and troubleshooting, reduce nonconfirmed failures, and support critical aircraft authorizations. By serving as a technical resource across internal Teams and regulatory Partners, you'll directly contribute to operational excellence, regulatory compliance, and Southwest's unwavering commitment to Safety.
