Supplier Quality Engineer - Temporary

Support the USA Supplier Quality team in the following activities, including but not limited to:



  • Collect supplier information and update supplier quality files (ISO certificates, questionnaires, etc.) and purchased product files (PMP, GIP, Material Qualifications)
  • Maintain the raw materials database and the Approved Vendor List (AVL)
  • Monitor supplier change notifications
  • Follow up on supplier non-conformances and monitor corrective actions
  • Participate in updating procedures, work instructions, and forms related to supplier quality
  • Update performance indicators
  • Assit in the veeva implementation project
  • Assist the team with administrative file management
  • File, sort, and archive various administrative documents
  • Plan and organize meetings/appointments


How You'll Make An Impact:



  • Proficiency in Windows office tools (Word and Excel)
  • Good written communication skills in English and French
  • Problem-solving methodology (preferred)
  • Attention to detail
  • Ethics


What You Bring:



  • Education: Bachelors in Engineering or Science
  • Work Experience: 0-2 years


Compensation: The estimated hourly range for this position is $36.30 to $49.95 per hour at the time of posting. Actual compensation will be provided in writing at the time of offer, if applicable, and is based on several factors we believe fairly and accurately impact compensation, including geographic location, experience, knowledge, skills, abilities, and other job permitted factors. As a temporary associate, your employment will be managed directly through our approved agency provider.
