The Business Initiative Consultant I plays an integral support role in all aspects of business line activities and maintains a high degree of interaction with managers, employees, and business partners across the team. The Business Initiative Consultant I will be instrumental in supporting various business and strategic initiatives such as project management, marketing and communications, administration, client reporting, performance reporting, client experience, compliance, regulatory matters, etc. The Consultant will help coordinate cross-functional/virtual teams to strategize, plan, and execute a variety of programs, services, and initiatives. Coordinates support in the integration/implementation/of programs/services/initiatives with cross-functional business partners, recognizing the significance of competing priorities and strategies, and adjusting as necessary. This position is a utility role within Wealth Management and the duties and responsibilities may vary based upon the incumbent's department. Team Culture

Education & Experience Requirements
This level of knowledge is normally acquired through completion of a Bachelor's Degree in Business/Finance/Management/Accounting or related field of study and 3-5 years of related experience or 7-10 years of experience in Finance, Management, Project Management or equivalent combination of education and experience.
