Dry Film Operator -Swing

Job Purpose:Candidate will focus on applying film and Inspecting PCB's to ensure the specifications are within the required parameters.

Nature of Duties and Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate the equipment in either area by computer interfacing.
• The candidate must be able to enter operating parameters, job information and view various screens to decipher proper operating settings.
• Ability to operate and maintain the various pieces of equipment such as LDI (Laser Direct Imaging), Cutsheet laminator, outer layer developer, Pre-clean machine and be able to use 60X scopes.
• Feed and remove cores or boards on the machine and inspect for potential defects.
• Measure out the proper quantities and make chemical adds to baths or sumps.
• Manually set up and transfer solution between tanks, totes or barrels.
• Replace filter material used through the various process tanks.
• Clean, dry and properly dispose of used filter material.
• Perform general housekeeping through the entire area.
• Inspect product for defects and conformance to process specifications.
• Be able to extract various computer reports.
• Provide assistance in performing routine preventative maintenance.

Education and Experience:

• High School Education
• Minimum 1 yearindustry experience preferred.
• Must be able to stand for 10 - 12 hours.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to enter information in to computers.
• Must have good verbal and written and communication skills.
• Must be available to work overtime and weekends.
