Position Summary

Odyssey Systems has an exciting new opportunity for Senior Security Support, supporting the Helicopter Division at Wright Patterson AFB, OH. The Helicopter Division supports selected helicopter programs including the HH-60W Combat Rescue Helicopter (CRH) and the MH-139. The Division has a mission to rapidly deliver and field new and updated rotary wing aircraft.



Responsibilities

Duties include, but not limited to:

    Assist with providing a wide range of security management, analytical, technical, and support services for programs managed by AFLCMC/WI and AFLCMC/WIH.
  • Provide technical security services relative to the development, acquisition, and sustainment of aeronautical weapon systems, subsystems, and associated support systems.
  • Assist with program protection, planning to include the development of the Program Protection Plan (PPP) and its associated annexes to include the Security Classification Guide (SCG), the Operations Security (OPSEC) Plan, the Supply Chain Risk Management (SCRM) Plan the Technology Assessment/Control Plan (TA/CP), etc.
  • Assist with technology control, protection of classified and Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI).
  • Assist by providing support to the directorate's security operations.
  • Assist by preparing, presenting, and coordinating security related briefing materials.
  • Provide security-related technical assistance to the directorate for briefings, meetings, and conferences.
  • Assist by recording and tracking security program action items, suspense items, and processes.
  • Assist with ensuring compliance with the Security Education and Motivation Program for program-briefed personnel.
  • Assist with providing classification management guidance to AFLCMC/WIH units for assigned programs.
  • Assist with the development of security requirements into contractual commitments.
  • Assist with the coordination of DD Form 254, DoD Contract Security Classification Specification.


Qualifications

Citizenship: Must be a US citizen

Minimum Required Qualifications

Clearance: Secret

Education:

  • Master's or Doctorate Degree in a related field and ten years of experience in the respective technical / professional discipline being performed, five years of which must be in the DoD

Or Bachelor's Degree in a related field and 12 years of experience in the respective technical/professional discipline being performed, five of which must be in the DoD

OR, 15 years of directly related experience with proper certifications as described in the PWS labor category performance requirements, eight of which must be in the DoD.

Certifications: Level 1 Security Fundamentals Professional Certification granted by Defense
Counterintelligence and Security Agency's Security Professional Education Development
(SPED).
