What You Will Do: Develop strategic direction for supply chain cost reduction initiatives for clients Lead benchmarking, financial analysis, market research, spend analytics, and category analysis to identify sourcing and utilization opportunities Design and maintain strategies to optimize the supply chain, including distribution channel improvements and supply resiliency Implement supply chain initiatives that deliver economic and operational value, and support clients through execution Create and manage project deliverables such as project plans, implementation roadmaps, communication strategies, financial models, and executive presentations Collaborate with all levels of management, both internally and at client sites Build and sustain productive relationships with healthcare clients to drive repeatable and incremental business Partner with leadership to identify growth opportunities and process improvements Supervise and mentor team members to support their professional development Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree 7+ years of relevant healthcare experience Experience in the healthcare industry, with a focus on supply chain management and non-labor cost reduction Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Preferred Qualifications: Master's Degree Experience in PowerBI or Tableau #LI-IND #LI-AF1 About Forvis Mazars, LLP Forvis Mazars, LLP is an independent member of Forvis Mazars Global, a leading global professional services network.
