Overview

Apogee has an opportunity for a Program Manager to provide contractor site reachback support for the M-Code Aviation Receivers Joint Program Office (MAR JPO). This position provides acquisition program management support, Studies & Analysis assistance, and program scheduling expertise.

This is a full-time remote position with occasional travel to government sites.



Responsibilities

Acquisition Program Management Support:

    Provide acquisition program management support for (MAR JPO) programs
  • Assist in the development of acquisition planning documents
  • Support market research activities and documentation
  • Review and analyze contract modifications and proposals

Studies & Analysis Support:

  • Support execution of Studies & Analysis (S&A) tasks
  • Assist in the preparation of trade studies and technical analyses
  • Conduct research and data gathering activities
  • Prepare technical reports and analysis documentation

Program Scheduling:

  • Develop and maintain program schedules as assigned
  • Support Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) development
  • Conduct schedule analysis and identify risks
  • Prepare schedule status reports and updates

Administrative Support:

  • Prepare briefings, reports, and documentation
  • Support meeting coordination and minutes preparation
  • Track action items and deliverables
  • Assist with Monthly Status Report preparation


Qualifications

Minimum Experience:

Citizenship: Must be a US citizen
Clearance: Must possess and maintain a Top Secret/SCI clearance

Education: Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field
Years of Experience: 7 years of DoD program management or acquisition experience

Additional experience:

  • Knowledge of the Defense Acquisition System and FAR/DFARS
  • Experience with GPS/GNSS or avionics programs preferred
  • Proficiency in MS Project and MS Office Suite
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment

Additional Information:
Location: Contractor Site (National - Remote)
On-site: This is a full-time remote position

Travel: Travel up to 15% may be required, per the customer's discretion
