• Analyzes orders, identifies incompatible option content, and makes recommendations to dealers/customers
• Coordinates with product engineers and dealers, as necessary, to resolve incompatibilities.
• Provides technical guidance for changes during pilot inspections and feedback related to technical information.
• Helps implement and coordinate new programs
• Manage projects for continuous improvement initiatives
• Performs other duties as assigned
• Attendance is an essential function of all positions

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
* Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate technical data
* Demonstrate a high level of initiative and follow through
* Strong desire to learn new roles and activities within department
* Demonstrate and maintain high level of flexibility
* Strong knowledge of heavy duty trucks is preferred
* Must be detail oriented
* Must be capable of multi-tasking

DESIRABLE QUALIFICATIONS
* BS degree in Engineering or Technical field is preferred
* Three to five years of truck or automotive experience with demonstrated understanding of mechanical devices and manufacturing processes
* Two years of PACCAR experience is preferred.
* Demonstrated ability to understand complex tasks
* Familiarity of CICS system
* Proficient with Windows systems
