Description: One of our customers is looking to bring on an experienced business analyst to help support one of their projects on a PART TIME basis (~20 hours/week). The schedule will be flexible and does have the ability to later become full time, 40 hours a week. Top Required Skills: 1) 5+ years Business Analyst experience (complex projects, implementations, or product/platform) 2) Strong analytical/problem-solving skills-translating business requests into operational + application requirements 3) Proven ability to manage simultaneous complex workstreams from inception to delivery 4) Familiarity with enterprise technology concepts: real estate technology (nice to have) BI/data warehouse concepts enterprise integration architecture analytical reporting tools and patterns Required Qualifications: * Excellent communication + relationship management (stakeholders, vendors, leadership) * Strong attention to detail; able to work autonomously and set priorities * Customer-service mindset and ability to learn new applications quickly * Six Sigma certification/exposure preferred Ideal Experience: * Prior work in invoice processing / AP workflow automation * Comfortable directing vendor integration work and validating field mappings + webhook/API behavior * Strong testing leadership-especially end-to-end integrated testing with multiple systems/vendors * Able to get deeply fluent in future-state workflows quickly and anticipate exceptions Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract position based out of Dallas, TX. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $50.00 - $65.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
