Cashier - Venice, CA

The Spirit of the Position:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Cashier
to join our team. As a cashier, you will be handling payment transactions in a friendly & professional manner. This position will require excellent communication skills between you and our visitors, as well as your team, to provide a memorable experience for our visitors.

*** Position REQUIRES you to work weekends. The ability to work late nights will give you the opportunity to work more hours.

• Greet visitors in a friendly & professional manner.
• Process customer payments accurately and effectively.
• Help direct traffic to keep the flow of cars clean and organized, all with a smile on your face.
• Direct guests towards their intended destinations.
• Maintain a clean and organized workplace.
• Effectively meet company standards that are aligned in the employee handbook.
• Professional demeanor and excellent customer service skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Must have a neat appearance and be well-groomed.
• Effective interpersonal and oral communication skills.

Requirements:

• Must be able to work unsupervised.
• Must be able to make decisions independently and stay firm on decisions made (not easily persuaded).
• Excellent team building and interpersonal skills.
• Superior customer service skills desired.
• Must be able to work outdoors. Will work in rain, sun (HEAT), and night hours in the cold.

Physical Demands:

• Willingness to work in the elements -- heat, wind, rain, direct sun, etc.
• Ability to lift, push, pull, and otherwise manipulate objects of at least 25 pounds.
• Ability to stand, walk and run for extended periods of time.
• Ability to bend, stoop, squat and lift frequently throughout a shift.
• Ability to use hands and fingers to handle, control or feel objects.
